Ordering, Shipping, Returns

The fun begins when you place your order with Rusty Nail!  We can't wait to fulfill your order and put a smile on your face!!

As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing!  Of course, if it is after business hours, we will process the order as soon as we open the following business day.  If you select local pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up, typically the next business day.  If you prefer your order to be shipped, it will ship the following business day.

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail unless a different carrier is requested.  Additional shipping charges may incur if an alternate shipping method is requested.  A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.  If your order is not received, you must contact Rusty Nail within 3 days of estimated arrival date.  Shipping insurance can be included for an additional shipping charge, if requested.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return a non-custom item for store credit. Customized items, including promotional items, are non-returnable. The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt and tags must still be attached.  Store credit will be issues for a future purchase. There are no restocking fees, but purchaser must pay for return shipping. Purchaser will return the item to 211 E Houston, George West, TX 78022.  Upon receipt of the returned item, a store credit will be issued and the customer will be notified via email.

Exchanges  of non-customized items can be made as well by contacting Rusty Nail and requesting an exchange. Exchanges will be made based on availability and store credit will be substituted for unavailable items.
